Flowchek

Cost effective flow measurement for aquaculture

The Flowchek device has been designed in response to requests from the aquaculture industry for a low cost, easy to use pipe flowmeters with alarm capability. The Flowchek flowmeter has been tested an developed over the last two years and is now available.
 

Full Bore Pipes - The Flowchek is primarily designed for full bore pipe flow and can be mounted in any position. Typically reading with an accuracy of +/- 10%.
Semi- filled pipes - Although the Flowchek cannot read flow rates in partially full pipes, it can be used as a valuable management tool in determining whether there has been a relative change in flow rate and can also give alarms.

Features of the Flowchek
High and low flow alarm with LED indicator light on the unit and volt free contacts for connection to alarm panels/systems
Easy to install, simple to use. Currently available in 2", 3", 63mm and 90mm pipe sizes
Simple red peg enables staff to set and mark correct flow and gives an instant indication of incorrect flow allowing easy adjustment back to correct rate.
A superb tool for good flow management, especially where oxygenated or heated water and / or high stocking densities are involved.
Manufactured in black ABS and EDPM for maximum durability and UV resistance
